Pamela is an award winning MedTech investor and board advisor with over two decades of expertise in the healthcare space across Pharma, Corporates, Private Equity, and VC. She has a PhD in Medical Sciences and an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford. As a founder champion, Pamela’s start-up mentorship spans incubation, acceleration and commercialisation, giving her a leading reputation for boosting the early stage businesses she backs.

Tatum has built her career in marketing and community building, working with brands such as SoulCycle, Barry’s Bootcamp, and Tonal, across the UK and the US. She has an MBA from the University of Southern California and an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. While helping build brands from the inside, for over a decade, Tatum entered the investment space, bringing capital to deals across health and wellness.
