Alex is a founder with multiple exits who has spent his career turning ambitious plans into delivered outcomes. He co-founded Gate One, the leading transformation consultancy, building it around genuine partnership with clients and the incubation of new ventures. As Chief Information Officer at Whitbread, he led technology for one of the UK’s largest hospitality companies. He has overseen large delivery portfolios and played hands-on roles in landmark M&A, digital transformation programmes of more than £100 million, operating model redesigns, and global regulatory change. At THENA, he chairs the portfolio committee, bringing that discipline to how we set and track milestones, assess progress, and support companies through the decisions that turn a plan into enterprise value.
